Production Manager
Responsibilities: I oversee, plan, and execute client sign projects from contract to completion. This includes working directly with clients, architects, general contractors, and internal employees to implement each project successfully and exceed the expectations of our clients.
Previous Position: Service Manager at IMS in Clearwater, Florida
Previous Responsibilities: I managed sign installation projects in 15 states for a Fortune 50 company. This included developing and managing a budget for retrofit and new sign projects, ensuring all project timelines are met and, monitoring and communicating project progress to the executive management team.
Education: I graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Business Management
Fun/Interesting Fact: I am a Tampa Bay native and a sports enthusiast. I love to travel and spend time with family.
Career History/ Industry Experience: I have been in the signage industry since 2005. I have had the opportunity to work for some of the largest companies within the industry, such as Dorna USA, Daktronics, ImageCare Maintenance Services (IMS), and Icon Identity Solutions (ICON). I am experienced in forecasting revenue goals, analyzing financials, managing project timelines, implementation and execution, and maintaining vendor relationships.
