Need a replacement part for your mailbox?

If so, please send an e-mail to orders@creativemailboxdesigns.com with the following information: 

• First and Last Name
• Daytime Phone Number
• Community Name and City 
• Description of Replacement Part needed
• Photo of Mailbox or Item that needs Replacing

If you are not able to attach a photo, please describe, in detail the mailbox or item that needs to be replaced. If we cannot determine the replacement part requested from your description, an on-site inspection will need to be scheduled at a cost of $100. We will notify you if an inspection is required. Please note, we provide and will install replacement components for previously purchased Creative mailboxes. We do not, however, repair minor damage and wear-and-tear to mailboxes.
